Shipping, Return and Cancellation

Delivery time is depended on stock availability.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping services.

Shipping time may vary depending on products due to the time it takes for every craftsmanship.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes according to the laws of the land.

The customer is responsible where an item is shipped wrongly on account of providing an inadequate or inaccurate shipping address bear with no liability in case of non-availability at the address provided, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the seller and the Company and the seller will be entitled to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing the order and any other services provided. Such an error may include, but is not limited to; invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.

As of now, Rudhigat does not accept any Cash on Delivery.

Return or Exchange is possible only when the product received is damaged or the wrong product is delivered, In any of the cases, the customer has to inform us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours. However, we reserve the right to return, exchange or refund. In case of return orders, customers have to courier to our warehouse and after receiving the product, the customer will get the money back.

In the following cases returning the product will be rejected:

• Customer not accepting the order.
• Where the product is customized to the customers need.
• Bulk Orders

The final product delivered may defer slightly from the photo on the website as every product is handcrafted.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests at any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

We request customers to neglect any minor defect as craftsmen give their best to make the perfect product.
