At Rudhigat Indian Ethnic products online, we have a strong relationship with all our artisans and suppliers, so that we can meet your specific requirements. Please contact us if you would like to place a bulk order or if you would like to customize a product. We will customize your order according to your specifications.

As soon as you place an order with us, we will work closely with you throughout the production process, keeping you updated as the order progresses right from the sampling to the end of production. Our bulk and customized orders are prepaid. Prices and products are subject to availability.

Before shipping, we carefully inspect, package, and sell our products. Damage in transit can occur and must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please note that bulk orders cannot be returned.

The shipping costs for bulk orders may differ from the shipping costs for single orders. Shipping costs are determined by the final weight and size of the products. We provide you with a price estimate before shipping. All shipments are delivered by internationally renowned logistics partners who handle all shipping and customs clearance. However, the customer will have to bear any additional customs duties or taxes that may arise.

Because we handcraft each product, bulk orders are subject to a particular set of conditions. Despite these variables, we continue to guarantee the quality of our products.
